General Information & Eligibility
Hibajee13 (https://hibajee13.asia) is an international online betting and gaming platform. By registering, depositing, or placing bets through this website or app, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. That said, hibajee13 is committed to presenting all information in a clear and accessible way for Bengali-speaking members.

Account Registration & Eligibility
To register an account at hibajee13, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
- Each individual may open one account only.
Account Verification (KYC)
Hibajee13 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Prior to your first withdrawal, you must submit one of the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Birth Registration Certificate (required for users aged 18–21)
Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. If there are any issues, the support team will be in touch.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit
Hibajee13 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required for each method. Maximum deposit limits vary by VIP level.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Only one withdrawal request is allowed per day. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours. Please note that withdrawals cannot be initiated until your KYC verification is complete.

Betting Rules
Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets at hibajee13. These rules apply to all bet types — Sports, Live Betting, and Virtual Sports.
- Minimum bet amount is ৳20.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in certain exceptional circumstances).
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Hibajee13 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
- If a connection is lost during live betting, any bets that have already been confirmed will remain valid.
Result Determination
All Sports Betting results are determined based on official announcements from the relevant sporting authority. For cricket, the decisions of the ICC and BCB are final. For football, the decisions of FIFA or the relevant league authority apply.
Results determined by Super Over, tiebreaker, or the Duckworth-Lewis method are also considered final. These exceptions are often noted in the bet market description — it's worth reading before placing your bet.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
Hibajee13's bonus program offers added value to members. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met.
How Rollover Requirements Are Calculated
Rollover refers to the total amount you need to wager before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x rollover, you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 5x rollover = ৳10,000 total wagering required.
- For a Sports bet to count toward rollover, the odds must be at least 1.50.
- Casino Slots: counted at 100%.
- Live Casino table games: counted at 10%.
- Winnings from free bets do not include the original stake amount.
Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
A bonus may be forfeited if any of the following occur: the bonus expires, multiple accounts are used, the bonus is misused, or arbitrage betting is suspected.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on hibajee13. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:
- Creating multiple accounts under the same person.
- Opening or operating an account using someone else's identity.
- Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
- Coordinating bets with others for the purpose of exploiting bonus offers.
- Attempting to damage or compromise the system through hacking, viruses, or any other technical means.
- Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Helping anyone under 18 open an account.

Data Protection & Privacy
Hibajee13 takes the privacy of members' personal information very seriously. Information provided at registration is used only for the following purposes:
- To verify your account and confirm your identity.
- To complete payment processing.
- To provide customer support.
- To meet legal obligations.
- To send promotional offers (with the member's consent).

Section 8
Account Closure
If a member wishes to close their own account
Any member can request account closure at any time by emailing support@hibajee13.asia. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of the request will be returned to the registered payment method.
Closing Your hibajee13 Account
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonuses earned will be forfeited. However, the member's original deposited funds will be returned provided they are not connected to any rule violation. In cases of fraud, the entire balance may be confiscated.

Changes to Terms
Hibajee13 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or push notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the member's acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure.
